Fall 2017
September 14 - Education Abroad Fair; Architecture Building (10:00am - 3:00pm)
September 20 - Education Abroad Symposium; Becton Auditorium (2:00pm - 4:00pm)
September 29 - Meeting at 2pm (Agriculture Business Bldg.)
October 12 - Passport Caravan; MSC Student Lounge (9:00am - 3:00pm)
October 19 - PV Goes Global Workshop for South Africa; 204 WR Banks (12:00pm - 1:00pm)
December 1 - Meeting; Location and Time TBA
December 15 - First installment of $500 (minimum) due
Spring 2018
February 28 - Minimum $3000 paid towards balance
March 2 - Meeting
March 26 - Full balance due
April 11 - Meeting
May 15 - Departure date
May 26 - Return date
-For all payments made to the University Treasurer, immediately photograph a copy of the receipt and submit to Dr. McNeil.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by November 1, 2017. Cancellations received after this date are subject to a $200 service charge per person. No refunds will be given after December 15, 2017. Cancellation requests or questions can be sent by email to [email protected]. Please include "Cancellation of 2018 South Africa Experience" in the subject line.
