EDTECH ESSENTIALS GUIDE 2021

From the Teaching in Higher Education group, The EdTech Essentials Guide is a collection of 19 tools that help use technology to facilitate learning effectively with students, as well as those key productivity tools. Contents contain recommendations broken up into five sections, categorized in the following way: Communicate, Demonstrate, Facilitate, Illustrate, and Administrate.   Link

TOP PROJECT BASED LEARNING BOOKS AND RESOURCES 2018

Here is BIE's list of the best books related to PBL published in 2018 plus some of the best resources this year for PBL teachers and school leaders.  While many references on the list are for a K-12 audience, there area still many items that can be transferred to a college classroom.  Creativity is limitless and many of these resources have multiple applications for pedagogical implementation. Link

TOP TOOLS FOR LEARNING 2017

Jane Hart compiles an annual list of the most popular tech tools for learning. The annual survey has been completed by over 2000 professionals from more than 50 countries.  Her 11th list breaks down each tool into 3 separate categories: personal and professional learning, workplace learning, and education.  She also ranks each tool based on current and previous year survey results. This may be the most comprehensive list of ed tech tools available online.  Link
