    GROUP CHANGE FORM

This document provides the structure for how groups can formally separate and/or develop new business ideas.  Going forward, an individual can work independently and group size can be 2 - 4 persons only.

    1) If a group agrees to stay together and select another business idea, the group must develop a pitch in LivePlan and submit by March 18 for approval by the instructor. They must write a short statement on why their current business idea is no longer desirable and submit by March 18.

    2) If a group agrees to separate and one or more member wishes to retain the current business idea for the remainder of the semester, the retaining member(s) must indicate this decision in the "separate and retain" box below.  The non-retaining member(s) must select another business idea, develop a pitch in LivePlan, and submit by March 18 for approval by the instructor.

    3) If a group agrees to separate and no one wishes to maintain the current business idea, each new group or individual must complete the "Name of non-retaining member(s)" box above and develop a pitch in LivePlan to submit by March 18 for approval by the instructor.
